Try searching there are a couple of threads addressing this
Hello!
I have a very urgent question!
I just received my Netgear WAG511 but - shame on me - I saw my new notebook only supports this damn small express cards!
I read about an adapter for Cardbus to Express Card here: www<dot>duel-systems.com/products/adapters.aspx
(Sorry for posting posting this url with the dot replacement, but I think it's okay in this case?)
But: They mention a driver!
So: Does this thing work with BT2 with express card adapter, or shall I send the card back?
I'd be glad if you could help me soon, cause I have to device fast if I want to send it back!
Thanks
heinzb

Yes I saw them, I thought there were maybe some news
And no tested express card so far?
No posts on it probably means no one has tried it. I am still looking for express cards under 30$ on ebay for testing and checking backwards compatibility.

It looks like you got your answer then.
1. test and report back your findings (but don't hold on to your breath)
2. buy a known working USB model and forget the headaches associated with 1
Okay sorry for my question then, I'm usually not the type of person who asks too fast, but I just got this package and had to decide soon... Sending it back now, anyway thanks for your very fast reply! I hope I can also contribute something in future to this great board
Experimenting with my ipw3945 now...
thanks

The ipw3945 works using ipwraw drivers just somewhat buggy with some functions of aireplay-ng.

Yes I just managed to find out my own WEP key
A little bit slow, but at least it's injecting, and aircrack-ptw is just some superb piece of software!!
