Win7 And BT-5 Gnome x64 on same usb?

How can I have a bootable win7 and a persistent bt5-gnome install on my USB? I want to be able to boot from both.. use the win7 to repair and install to computers.. and bt5 persistence to save stuff & test security.
Inother words I want a multiboot usb but with bt-5 persistence. Anyone got any ideas?

try looking up the grub bootloader, ive used it to boot multiple versions of linux and micro xp's

an easy way to start is using hirens boot usb method and changing what you need so it can work for you.

but the best way by far is the grub boot loader, just because it can be changed within a notepad
