Does 'apt-get dist-upgrade' upgrade pre-R1 to R1?
Hi guys,
Quick question, I'm currently using Backtrack 5 (from before R1 came out).
My question is, when I update my dist (apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade), does this automatically update me to R1? I'm guessing that R1 is just Backtrack 5 with the latest releases/updates, but I'm not certain about this.

Yes you are correct, those commands should upgrade your BT to 5 R1
