Having Problems with Backtrack 5 on virtual box

Hello,

I am using a dell inspiron 1545 64 bit operating system.I have installed virtual box on it and have been trying to install BT5KDE-64.Everything goes on fine until i go to boot options of which on choosing the default text mode boot option i get the following error on a black screen;



loading/casper/vmlinuz.........
...................
loading/casper/initrd.gz......................................... ....ready.
This kernel requires an x86-64 cpu,but only detected an i686 CPU.Unable to boot- p;ease use a kernel appropriate for your CPU.


Please can somebody help me.
