cleaning payloads from local host. (help metasploit)

Hi,

Once the metsvc is installed or the script persistence run we got some metsvc.exe or and some .dll installed and the autorun modified in the remote host, i would like to know about how to restore this, safely.

I 've already looked for this in many sites without succes... So i ask to you. Does any have any info?
