Hydra v6.5 problems

Hello people!
I may need your help to fix my problem: I have a D-Link Dir-301 Wlan and the problem is that I am connected with my wlan but while im connected i dont have internet connection. I googled on web and I think the problem is in DSN and to resolve it I need to restart the router. Well The problem is that I dont know the Administrator username and password for it to make changes only a user login that allows only to see the settings. I watched may videos on youtube like that one from g0tmilk and others and when im trying to crack it using hydra it shows me the whole time this:

Is that a normal process or am I doing something wrong?
So please help me to fix the problem and find the Admin username and password.
P.S: I tried the basic combinations like " admin-admin, admin-12345, admin-blank" no one is working.

Reset the router.
This will wipe the router, allowing you to re-enter it with the default logins details.
You can find out how to reset it, along with the default username/password in the booklet that came with it (Or a PDF online).
