Default DUP ACK from unknown FTP Server

Hi, after peforming a MITM arp poisining attack on my router and local PC i.e ettercap -TqM arp /10.0.0.5/ /10.0.0.2/ and sniffing through wireshark, i found strange DUP ack packets coming from an unknown IP address, after researching and finding out that DUP ack packets are sent by a recieving machine to tell the sender that packets were being sent out of order, I decided to do a dns lookup of the address and found that it was www.ftptoday.com, which is an online ftp server hosting website.

So can someone please how I can find out which service or program is trying to communicate with the ftp server, and how I can kill it.

    Thank you

you should be able to use netstat on the PC connecting to the FTP server. The syntax will be different depending on what operating system is running on the pc.

OK so I guess you want to know exactly what to type... You need to open the command prompt as administrator then try this
    "netstat -abno"
