Did you install the video drivers?
Acer3830TG with problem
I use Universal-USB-Installer to make a live USB and it works well on my friend's laptop.
But when it comes to my laptop, if I choose the first option, I get a black screen; if I choose the fourth option, I get "unable to find a medium containing a live file system".
My laptop is Acer 3830TG. my video card is Intel HD 3000+ Nvidia GT540M..I think the video card may be the problem.
Hope someone can help me solve this problem.
