    Default metasploit and Fasttrack

can you please fix the fast-track's autopwn scripts that launches from the bt5 menu to work right for the r1 release?

and metasploit framework cannot create a db_connect i tried it in kde/gnome/vmware and the checksums are the same as on the
    download page.

i attached some of the pictures i took while trying

can someone tel me how to fix this and will it be the same in the r1 release?

Hi there I made some changes to the autopwn file to be able to work with BT5 at: autopwn.py
Make a backup of the original file and copy this one into /pentest/exploist/fasttrack/bin/ftsrc/autopwn.py

keep in mind this is working with mysql so dont forget to do this first: Metasploit MySQL BT5

    Hope it helps.

    Cheers

    msf > db_driver mysql
    [*] Using database driver mysql

    msf > db_connect root:toor@127.0.0.1/msf3
[-] Error while running command db_connect: Failed to connect to the database: uninitialized constant MysqlCompat::MysqlRes

Didn't test but have you tried this?

    Code:
    gem install --no-rdoc --no-ri -v=2.7 mysql -- --with-mysql-dir=/usr/share/mysql --with-mysql-config=/usr/bin/mysql_config

Can you connect manually mysql or postgres in msf?

Note: Dont execute msfconsole inside of the /pentest/exploitd/framework3 or else wont work.
