Default Backtrack won't detect my Windows 7 Partition?

I have a live DVD created using the BT GNOME 32 bit iso, I can boot to the backtrack and get to the GUI, I double click on install, set language, timezone and keyboard, then for the partition screen it says that there is no OS installed. I have a Windows 7 OS as my primary OS and I want to make sure that I DON'T wipe that out. I am looking to dual boot from the HD and not have to use the DVD.

    Any thoughts?

Yea use a partitioning tool for Windows and divide the hard drive into 2 partitions and install Backtrack in one.

I noticed similar issues with Win 7 not being detected during a BT5 install. In my case, applying the latest updates from MS update resolved the problem.
