    Question What happened to tab completion for Konsole in BackTrack 5?

    What happened to tab completion for Konsole in BackTrack 5?

    When I press the tab key in Konsole, it doesn't autocomplete.
    What am I doing wrong?

    BackTrack 5 KDE 32-bit
    Running from DVD

    Tab complete is there. It is a Linux feature,not a BackTrack thing. Try hitting tab multiple times to see if multiple commands show.
    World Domination is such an ugly phrase. I prefer the term World Optimization.

    Try editing your .bashrc file or /etc/bash.bashrc

    follow 2901119's advise. tab completion is a function of the shell (bash)
