    Default Senao Ultra long range?

Has anyone heard of the EnGenius EL-2511CD PLUS EXT2(F200) Ultra Long Range wireless card? I just bout it and it's still in it's original packaging never been used. The owner says it's a rare card. I'm still waiting for my laptop to test it out but does anyone have any experience with this card? Is it indeed better than just the NL-2511CD PLUS EXT2 'Long Range' card?

It has an Intersil Prism 2.5 chipset, 1.1.0/1.4.9 firmware....and I think its a "b" only card...rare?? Hardly...I saw its worth about 55 bucks on google. But its got 200Mw power..4000 foot potential range...but I hate prism chipsets.

So would you say it's equal to or better than the NL-2511CD EXT2 'Long Range' card?

DEFINATELY better..more power..100 Mw more...but it looks like thats the only difference. Why you want a "b" only card?? Why not a "b"/"g" card?

The two cards you mention are the same card. The EnGenius is simply a rebranded version of the Senao card. As far as being rare, the owner is full of shit.

You might of been reading specs off of a "NL-2511UB" usb version and they have others that are around that mW in other countries.

Would you say that they're worth $50 or so? That's about what I paid for it NIB never opened. And can anyone recommend a good antenna for it?
