Wireless trouble with BT5 under VMWare on DELL Latitude E6400

Hello everybody,

After long time searching through the BT's forums I have to post for my troubles.

Hardware :
Laptop DELL LATITUDE E6400.
Wireless integrated : DELL Wireless 1397

Software :
Windows 7 Professional 32 bits
VMWare Workstation 7.1.1
BAckTrack : Version 5

Troubles :

I've no wireless card available under BT5 "Wicd Network Manager"

I've checked this following post but found no information that can healp me :
Laptop compatibility issue: that talk for the "Intel 5150".

If you need more informations I can provide.
Sorry for my poor frenchy style english and my Linux newbe knowledge.
