I do not know the techniques for building a shellcode, how it work...etc..
anyone knows a good guide or could give me some advice?

You should really just start by searching google for the topic. There are tons of resources available on the internet. Also try using the search feature on this forum because the same question has been asked by a lot of people in the past.

I'd check www.exploit-db.com. It's also run by the Offensive Security & BackTrack folks, so the quality & quantity are great!
