Hi all, I have a HDD install of 64bit BT5 with gnome. After an incident involving a cup of tea and a laptop i now have a new machine with a Broadcom Corporation BCM43225 802.11b/g/n wireless card. This can't be used in promiscuous mode so i thought I'd just stick in my Belkin usb adapter (I'm pretty sure the chipset is Ralink RT73 but I'll try and double check this in a different machine) but unfortunately this isnt being picked up by any networking tools. is there some way i can point backtrack towards the device? I know its worked before using the BT4r2,ubuntu and puppy both for aircrack-ng and general wifi business I had a search for similar issues on the google, the forum and the wiki but they all seemed to be about getting injection working.

heres some read outs...
