I might have stupidly uninstalled ettercap via

apt-get --purge remove ettercap-gtk
I have tried

apt-get install ettercap-gtk
When I click on the tool via the menu system nothing happens.
When I launch it via the konsole, it says invalid command. Thanks for the help.
