Hello everyone. I'm relatively new to Backtrack.

I'm more of a hardware hacker type. I like to take apart those things your not supposed to and tweak them to my liking. LOL

Area of familiarity are Windows, OSX, Ubuntu (and a few off the wall distros) and most network server OS's. Keeps me busy.

I'm hoping to absorb the experience of a lot of talented people that I've noticed hang out here.

Hello, I have been using back track for a long while since BT2 just haven't been active on the forum so figured id say hello and start being active. My BT setup is listed below.

Main Ubuntu 10.04
Virtual Box 3.2
VM3 - BackTrack 4
AWUS036NH 2000mW 802.11N/G/B with a 9dBi omni Antenna
AWus036H 1000mW 802.11G/B

I am a system admin for Windows/Linux systems at a datacenter don't really work much with wireless there so this is just a hobby.

Hi all,

I plan to start using the forums regularly and want to make sure that I give back to the community. I'm not new to BackTrack or hacking and have a few certifications that at least show I know the bare minimum.
