Hello, I've had an interest in network security for a while. I've been pursuing a bachelors degree in I.T. for a while and working as a helpdesk support/network technician for 2 years. I'm wanting to learn more about pentesting, ethical hacking, network security, etc. as I want to pursue this as a career and hobby.

Now I am wanting to learn more about Linux and hopefully will be taking the pen testing with backtrack course sometime this year

Well.. I'm working as an intern on a Networks Laboratory of a College in Brazil and studying Computer Science. My conclusion paper it's about penetration testing and I'm doing a lot of study about information security and of course, pentesting.
