You will have to be much more specific about both the equipment you're using and your intentions before anyone will help you any further.

It's quite simple... find out who the isp is. Next in the phone book, find their phone number.

hard part... Call them, give your credit card info, an hold on here it comes...... They give you a modem, a username and paassword..

But what if everyone talked like example A, and then all of the sudden you had someone like example B, who then would have the incorrect intentions?

Sorry guys, not trying to split hairs, but I grew up around of example A's.
