ath9k packet injection

sorry for my english, i am beginner
i'd like to know is there a problem with packet injection on backtrack 5?i got some problems on bactrack 4 with my ar5b93 on ath9k driver.
there was a patch for ath9k at the website Compat-wireless - BackTrack Linux but when i try to download it transfers me to empty page

I had the same problem with that card. By default, most of the functionality of the AR5B93 is not enabled. I found custom drivers for this card. The driver file version is: "atheros_v9.2.0.105_v1.31". Forgot where I got it from, but,
