    It doesn't sound like you really have a problem as much as it sounds like you want someone to hold your hand and walk you through it. If you don't know how to partition your disc, maybe backtrack isn't appropriate for you.

    Hi Guys

    Just a note: I am looking a bit of help with my install of BT5 I cant boot into windows anymore, cant figure out why, when i pick windows from the grub interface to starts to load windows then I get the BSOD any help would be great,

    PS Sorry if i have this in the wrong thred its just I've spent the last 2 hours looking for more information on this site and came across nothing.

    I'm having the same issue but with BT5/Win 7 and the GNOME 32bit version. I get into the GUI and get to the drive partition step in BT5 and there is no option for "side by side", its not even grayed out, its just not there.

    When I select the Manual it doesn't give the little sliders to choose where to place the drive partition size.

    Thoughts?
