Change Theme KDE

I have now spent a whole day off searching, so please if anyone knows...

Using Backtrack 5 32 bit KDE 4.4.5

How do I change the color of folder backgrounds, text fields etc.? I know it could once be done using system settings > appearance > look and feel or somethings like that, but I cant find the option now. Things are a little to dark for me.

Hi,
Worked for me:
System->System Setting->Application Appearance->Colors
I chose "Oxygen Cold" which is "lighter" than the default BT5 Scheme...
