Intel HD Graphics 3000 problem on BT5 KDE 4 *86*

and my problem at driver VGA..it's not run

Now when my system boots up, first thing after startx is text that appears at my monitor! There is written:

FATAL: bogus data in lock file "postmaster.pid": ""
/opt/framework3/postgresql/scripts.ctl.sh : postgresql could not be started

Do you get a blank screen or does it just hang with the boot text?
