aireplay can't fakeauth tcpdump says success

I'm using aireplay-ng in fakeauth mode

It keeps repeating:
Sending Authentication Request

tcpdump repeats:
Authentication (Open System)-1: Succesful (yes with just one s)

aireplay doesn't ever seem to get this message, and the loop continues... any ideas?

have you lock on the same channel as ap..............

Also, what card do you have? I always do ...

airmon-ng stop <device>
airmon-ng start <device> <channel> ...unless its an Atheros chip..then its airmon-ng start wifi0 <channel>
airodump-ng -c <channel> --bssid <APs' Bssid> <device>
aireplay-ng -1 0 -e "Networkname" -a <AP MAC> -h <your cards MAC>
aireplay-ng -3 -b <AP MAC> -h <your cards MAC>
