USB WiFi Card (zd1211rw) doesn't work

Orient <XG-701A+> Wireless USB Adapter (802.11b/g)

It supports monitor mode, injection etc. I've used it on BackTrack3/4. Works perfectly.
It uses some zydan chipset, I dunno "zd1211rw"

I've installed BackTrack 5 KDE 32 Bit on VMWare. Installed succesfuly.

I've downloaded zd1211rw v1.4 driver.
Then tar xf zd.tar.bz2
cd /zd.tar.bz2
cp zd1211** /lib/firmware/zd1211

Now it works

aireplay-ng -9 wlan0
Gives 30/30
