Bt4 to bt5 upgarde

Hi all,

I have BT4 running on my laptop (hard drive installation). Do you know if when installing BT5 all data stored (emails, movies and etc.) are kept or a format is being done as part of the installation?

There is not upgrade between the versions. This is a covered topic.
So you will need to backup your personal data.
