Help please

ok so i tried the BT5-Gnome-64 and it gets to the GUI but when i use the unity command or the icone to install nothing happens so tried the KDE 64 and it just goes to a black screen when i run startx so then tried the KDE 32 bit and it gives me the error that the temp file is full when i run startx can someone tell me what is going on here theMD5 checks out got them all from the site so i am at a loss at the moment andy help would be great
