Short answer. No. You're going to have to do some googling on "accessing my home computer."
Hello!
I'm running BK 5 as my primary OS
Trying to access my computer (While running a SET server) over the WWW
Obviously that's not easy since i have a Dynamic IP
So I'm wondering
My router( as every other router) has a default Gateway.
If i change my default gateway to my local computer IP
Will i be redirected as the meting point for global internett traffic
AKA
if a outside network type in my router IP, will they connect to my PC?
and thereby making me server HOST?
P.s
no-ip doesn't work somehow.
Short answer. No. You're going to have to do some googling on "accessing my home computer."
No and realistically you should look into some networking 101 type tutorials. Understanding these fundamentals will not only answer your question but allow you greater insight as to how an attacker can take advantage of a network.
Also as a small counter point, not all routers are/ or act as a default gateway as claimed above.
To be successful here you should read all of the following.
