I use UnetBootin from the BT 5 KDE 32 bit menu and had no problem. I had BT5 installed on my internal HD already and dragged the .iso off my external then plugged in my SD card and pointed it to the iso and it went with out a hitch for 32 and 64 bit. Plus it installs way faster running in linux..

pretty sure the newest unetbootin does not work for bt5 or bt5r1.
