I am having the same issue. Any luck in resolution?

As the topic says, my drivers work great on the live usb
Sound , Video , Audio....
But when it comes to installing BT5 to my hard drive, my graphics card stops working, my sound quits on me and my wifi is gone.....
Or is there a switch somewhere , like there was for network in bt4?

I'm having the exact same problem with my G73S.
Does anyone else know about this? I've been using Ubuntu for a while, but am new to BackTrack.
Thanks.
Just brought home my G73, did you resolve this ?
Burning ISO now to boot live and test but from the sounds of it that wont matter.
Eagerly awaiting ....
Cheers
Resolved - Works great
Asus g73sw 64bit
Unfortunately I cant get into backtrack-Linux.org from My IP
I am using my phone to post this and don't have the info handy
Basically , Just download latest nvidia drivers and run install
Nothing tricky, Found the link on google
Never could get KDE installed so I went with gnome
It's growing on me.
So far so good, Two issues
No keyboards lights
Can't get flash installed
If I get back into this site I will post more details if still needed
Till then I think I am banned...
Cheers
