redirection techniques?

I recently started getting back into penetration testing with the new backtrack distro,

I was wonder if there is a way to arp cache poison a network then redirect every http:// request to a specified address.

For example, metasploit often puts out an address like the following
http://192.168.1.xxx:8080/somestuff

I would really like to redirect all requests to that given address. Is there a good way to do this?

Do some searching for Ettercap filters

There are some python scripts doing those kind of stuff. Check out g0tmilk's videos, I think he did one with a bunch of those kind of scripts

You could probably also throw a walled garden type device on their network and arp poison everything to go through it....
