No wireless and system crash

I have two issues with BT5 KDE version.

1-) Wireless doesn't work. Wired network works, I can connect to wireless but it doesn't work or doesn't connect to any website.

2-) When I minimize a window, and maximize it afterwards by clicking it on the start menu, system freezes.

Can you specify hardware your running. I'm having a similar issue with the KDE freeze/crash...
