Default Got the money, just tell me the card

I'm through with messing with 6 different cards, so, I would like some input on the "best" PCMCIA card out. In terms of reception, compatibility and ease of use, which card should I get?

I have a second laptop (my first laptop only has an ExpressCard and can't find a compat. card for it) that has a CardBus slot so I'm just gonna say F it and get a card that works.

    Saneo SL? W11?

Just want a definitive answer. Thanks.

    "best card" for what?

You won't get a definitive answer because there is no "best" card. You'll find that most security people and/or pentesters have several different cards (I have 4 myself) expressly for the purpose of using them with different tools.

    Ok let me clarify:

I use Windows XP, with Backtrack on a USB stick.

So, it has to be compatible with BT and Aircrack/Airodump/Aireplay-ng. I know some cards only monitor, and some cards only inject.

I would like a card that will do both modes at the same time.

    THanks for your help.

That's exactly my point...you won't necessarily find one card to do everything you want. A card that may work well with some or most of the BT tools may not work with Windows, or vice versa.
