how i can install bt5 in vmware workstation ?

i download the file its 7z not iso
can someone explain to me what should i do to install the bt5 in vmware Workstation

i look around in the forum i didnt found any explain how to install bt5

Unpackage the 7z file.

Open VMware

File > Open

Select the .vmx file

thx guys i download it again i didnt seen it first time that i can chouse what i have to download i check again and everything is ok its downloading now
