    Question how i can install bt5 in vmware workstation ?

    hi guys
    thx for this great update of backtrack
    i download the file its 7z not iso
    can someone explain to me what should i do to install the bt5 in vmware Workstation
    thxx alot
    i look around in the forum i didnt found any explain how to install bt5
