dell 1525 and BCM4312 802.11b/g (rev 01)no working

hello Guys I have problem bring to live my wireless card . I have read on net that issues may by fix by ndiswrapper software . After installing ndsi.. I get bcmwl.inf drivers installed . And I use also "windows wireless drivers " . Everything appear to be ok . Typing "ndiswrapper -l " a get
bcmwl5 : driver installed
device (14E4:4315) present (alternate driver: wl)
which mean driver is installed and present , after rebooting system is all the same .
What should do ?

You are using persistent USB or hard drive install? which one?

It is a hard drive install of Back track 4 . My wireless connection is down . What do you mean ''Can U caonnect to AP (Access Point ) . Just one more information , at the moment I'm using wire connection . Thanks
