Yes, please I never could get the built-in wireless to work right; it wouldn't go into monitor mode, or do packet injection. How did you do it?

airmon-ng start wlan0

that should do the trick. works since bt4rc2 i think.

Hmm...seems like I tried using airmon-ng on it; but that was awhile ago, my memory could be bad Thanks, I'll give it a try.

my 1545 has the Broadcom BCM 4312 [14e4:43150 rev 01 card in it .. and it is still tempermental, wont connect to wpa/wep/open routers when i do get it scanning it only lasts for 2 mins then times out. it was supposed to be working in all kernels since bt4 r2 i think but it still has problems. i set my wg111v3 in and everything works fine. sucks be nice for the onboard to be worth something..

i was able to get it to work by modprobing but once i figured out what worked and rebooted nothign stuck and have to go through that whole process again.
