airmon-ng Wifi Link 1000 BGN

ok I have an Intel(R) WiFi Link 1000 BGN version 13.5.0.6 I don't know what chipset it is but i know it worked before on backtrack 4r2. The internet works but when i open up airmon-ng nothing pops up. On backtrack 4r2 it shows wlan0 and i can put it into monitor mode. But so far on backtrack 5 i have nothing. Any Help?

Should i copy the airmon-ng from backtrack 4r2 to backtrack5?

The exact chipset seems to be the intel 1315. The card works fine, I can connect to my own wireless network just fine and surf the internet.

But typing airmon-ng the results are just blank

i have the same problem except my card is an intel centrino 6200 n can connect to the internet and everything else but airmon-ng start wlan0 nothing happens
