Im getting a new notebook and the differennce between these two cards are very small. However i wanted to know which card is better and compatible with backtrack or are neither of them any good?

Do they support packet injection?

Im not exactly sure which intel Wireless N card it is but thats exactly what the upgrade says!

Also can these wireless N cards support standard abg connections or are they only limited to N?

Would appreciate some advice!
