Backtrack upload to one click hoster allowed?

Is it allowed to upload backtrack to a och? Cause sometimes the links given in the download section give only very little download speed.

Not to mention it is A LOT faster. Besides that, uploading BT to a OCH service would keep devs from counting how many copies of BT were downloaded.

There is typically enough people sharing it that it goes fast and it runs (I think MD5) checks on all pieces to make sure it's exactly what it should be. Legal Torrents for the win... ISP can't complain about that (I don't think lol).
