I'm trying to crack windows xp sp2 password, jtr didn't help because its a strong password (the password is sfgbs*$^hd43s it's on my test user and i want to see if i can crack it so i need some *.rt files for the rainbow tables...how to get them?

yep but 40go is tooo big for my connection
The are sites where you can upload the LM and they will use their rainbow tables to crack it for you in a couple of days.
If you post your hashes, we will try to crack it for you.
