umm do what?
Hi...I was wondering if any one has tried to do this with a Lenovo R500 laptop? I am going to College and they are teaching us this stuff...somewhat...lol. I have tried and tried to get my Realtek wireless PCIe card to work with this, also tried different doggles , but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am also fairly new to Linux too.
Thanks

We need to know more information about what you are trying to do. Also, you said you have tried and tried to get your wireless card working, well what have you tried?![]()

Dude, ChicoMan!!! Searh this fourm, most likely the answer is a few clicks away. What do you want to do? I will suggest using a USB dongle with persistant changes for starters. http://www.backtrack-linux.org/forum...kpad-r500.html

I have tried to get the wireless card to work with Back Track...found a Linux driver for it, but still will not recognize it....was wondering if had any suggestions as what best card would be to use.....or a doggle that works with USB.
My friend has a Dell with an Intel wireless card that works great when boot to Back Track, but it is a PCI card.
I am new to all this...so be patient....lol.
