What bit of reading I've done on the subject, I believe a usb wifi adapter must be used in a virtual environment.
Hi there,
I am super new to bt4r2. But I am also super excited about using it.Getting to know the programs and what it has to offer too me. That being said I am having some troubles with my wire-less. When I run a live dvd everything is fine, but when I run it in virtual box I cant get it to run(wifi)I have looked all around for examples but have gotten no-where.
Here are some specs about my machine
wifi card= broadcom bcm 4318 which needs a b43 driver to run
but when I type in lspci I dont find a wireless card.![]()
when I run ifconfig the only thing that shows up are lo.
I have tried restarting, turning on wicd downloading b43fwcutter but with no eth0 or wlan0 I cant download anything.
well I would like to thank all the people that read this and post Thank You and I look forward to hearing for you.

Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69
Nuff said, it is a common issue. Just look around a bit and you should find the answer.
