Default VMWare not running on BT4 R2

I had VMware up and running fine until I upgraded to BT4 R2. Now when I run it I get,
    /etc/init.d/vmware start
    Starting VMware services:
    VMware USB Arbitrator done
    Virtual machine monitor failed
    Virtual machine communication interface done
VM communication interface socket family failed
    Blocking file system done
    Virtual ethernet failed
    .
Half of it works and the other half dosen't. I'm running the newest verison of VMware as well.(v 7)
Any thoughts? I purposly didn't follow this tutorial http://www.backtrack-linux.org/forum...backtrack.html, because we are running a new verison of backtrack, with a newer kernel.

Well what did you do then?

Did you get the sources for the kernel you are running?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I didn't get any other sources for my current kernel, since I
    A. didn't have to do it last time.
    B. Not sure what sources to get/where to get them.
