Problem booting from live usb and cd on Dell m5010

Hello
I have dell inspiron m5010. I tried to boot backtrack 4 r2 from livecd, the boot menu appear and after that-black screen. I tried to boot from live usb-same problem.
I have PC, tried live usb on it and it works.
I have blacktrack 4 live cd and it work fine on my laptop.
Why blacktrack 4 runs, but blacktrack 4 r2 don't?
