Changing the amount of "cylinders" on a USB device?
Right, now I have searched the wiki and forums for this...!
My USB hard drive (300GB) is set to boot, so I type
"fdisk -l"
And the cyliders on my device are set to about 30000
Anyway, what I want to know is how to change the number of cylinders to 1024, as it may cause problems apperently are the current setting.
Thanks again!
