Full Install On Usb Flash Error

I HAVE an 8 gig usb flash stick. I booted up live cd and ran install from there. With Sda1_removable and Sda as install settings. Everything seemed to install fine. It took a while to install the 2.7 gig full install but it finaly did it. When I boot off it. It goes through the lilo bootloader and then starts to boot as it should. Finaly it gets to a point where it gives me an error. Software trying to connect to hardware and keeps repeating and repeating and repeating. What can I do to get my Flash Stick to boot up properly?

Same issue, if it's stalling where begins to install USB support... but I can't post a link to my thread, but you can search on the thread called "Backtrack on USB stick gets wiped on bootup".

it gets to loading ramdisk and then keeps scrolling up and up and up. Software trying to find hardware.. NADA no boot. LIlo boots n everything fine. Till it gets to one section of bootup where it flips out and goes to shit.

this is the error i am getting


RAMDISK: Couldn't find valid RAM disk image starting at 0.
VFS: Cannot open root device "802" or unknown-block(8,2)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option
Kernel Panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(8,2)

"no system disk or disk error" Can someone puuuuleeeeze help me with this Thanks.
