Default Make an iso/image of good Install

Hi guys, now i have been searching for this for a while and cant seem to find it (call me a Noob if you will).
I have an install which is perfect for me now and rather than rebuild it all next time i frag it i would love to be able to burn it off. Is it possible for me to do this or whould i have to make an image with an external source? Thanks

Didn't you ask how to make an image of your current setup?!

Now I'm really confused. An ISO *is* an image.
