Default Not detecting any wireless networks?

Hello, i'm new here on this forum, and on Backtrack. I'm using BT4 over VMware workstation. I made everything correct, but when i type airmon-ng it doesn't find any networks. And when i'm normally on Windows 7, it founds. Do i need to install some drivers or what should I do ?

Which kind of wireless device do you have? USB or built in?

Also what do you want to do with Backtrack?

You have to set your WNIC to operate on the VM.
