black screen bootup
When i try to boot up backtrack 4 r2 with usb it ends with a black screen with a blinking cursor.
Please Help.

Again, no information for us to help you. Have you even searched the wiki or the forums or even Google for that matter?? How about a screen shot of the problem, it really goes a long way towards helping you. How about your computer specs, especially video card information. The more information you can provide, the more help someone on the forum can provide.

Also, ever used Linux? What do you want to do with Backtrack?
